Potato Salad

Core, Points??

10 lb. potatoes, boiled but still firm. Chopped into bite-size pieces
1-2 onions, finely chopped
12 eggs, boiled, peeled, chopped

Sauce
1-1 ½ jars FF miracle whip
mustard
pickle juice (about ¼ C.)
Splenda (about ½ C.)
Garlic salt
Salt (use more salt than garlic salt)
Lemon juice (about 2 T.)

Mix sauce ingredients together. Add potatoes, eggs and onion. Gently fold potatoes, eggs and onions. Stir as little as possible. Sprinkle top with paprika for decoration if desired.
