Stuffed Green Peppers

Almost Core (just count points for brown sugar-maybe you could use Splenda?), points??

2 Green peppers, sliced into 1/4" rings

Meat Mixture
1 1/2 lbs hamburger
1 C. oats
1 onion, finely chopped
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 can tomato sauce

Sauce
1/2 C. water
3 T. vinegar
4 T. brown sugar (only non-core food)
2 T. prepared mustard
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 can tomato sauce

Blend meat mixture with hands. Stuff meat mixture into pepper rings. Bake on a jelly roll pan or a glass baking dish, spray with pam. Pour sauce over top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Baste every 15-20 min.
